Health Insurance Cost: $1,483.00/month ($17,796 annually)

LOA auto-enroll: Mandatory auto-enroll in Compass billed to the church at 4% for pastors on LOA.

Escalation: 4% charged to the church then auto escalates 1% yearly with a 10% cap.

Years of Service: This calculator does not take into consideration any escalations based on years of service.

Clergy Compensation & Housing

For Clergy in Full, Provisional, (Elder and Deacon) Associate Member, Local Pastor, or member of other denomination approved by Board of Ordained Ministry, under appointment by the Bishop at ¾ time or greater

C. CPP for All Members

Participants: All members of the conference serving Full Time
Funding: 3% of Total Compensation (line 3)

CI. CPP for Full Elders/Deacons, Provisional Elders/Deacons, and Associate Members

Eligibility: Those serving at ¾ time (¼ or ½ time are not eligible)
Funding: 3% of Total Compensation (line 3)

United Methodist Personal Investment Plan (UMPIP)

% of Total Compensation

Automatic 4% minimum. Contact Conference HR if requesting less than 4%.

Church Administrative Fee: 4% mandatory fee billed to church for UMPIP administration.

Pastor Responsibility: Pastor's contribution percentage (entered above) is withheld from pastor's pay.
